POOL HOUSE

The challenge was to add a Pool and Pool House next to the main house, a historic 1920s bungalow, without diminishing its beauty and presence. The solution is a carefully crafted building informed by the rooflines, dormers, rafter tails and brackets of the house. The two car garage has a Bathroom, Exercise Room and a Home Office above. The design of the pool and surrounding fence was kept simple and clean to allow the architecture to take center stage.
