The homeowners were happy with the size of their house but wanted better use of the space. A poorly conceived 1990s-era addition by a previous owner was reconfigured to create a larger Primary Bathroom and Closet. The Primary Bedroom ceiling was made to feel more spacious by using the attic to raise the ceiling. The Basement remodel includes additional windows, a bathroom update, wet bar and an expanded stairway that connects the space to the upstairs and brings in natural light.
